The top three most searched "American Idol" semi-finalists this week on Yahoo were Thia Megia (a Milwaukee auditioner, but she's not from here -- she's a California girl); Casey Abrams, and Lauren Alaina.
Deep-voiced country crooner Scotty McCreery, an MKE auditioner (he's from North Carolina), came in number four.
Yahoo suggests the most-searched names suggest that these performers also pulled the most votes. Milwaukee's Naima Adedapo isn't in the top 10 most-searched "Idol" performers. Rounding out the list, though, is MKE auditioner Haley Reinhart (from the Chicago area) -- at number 10.
Well, one thing's for sure. Tonight, more than a few dreams will be crushed.
